Please note: we require payment in full before we can special order any out-of-stock items. We will not charge your account for an item stated as “not available” from our distributors or if there is no estimated time of arrival (ETA). It may take several business days to receive items from our North American distributors, however, it can take two weeks or longer to receive apparel or accessories from our International distributors as merchandise must pass through customs before it is delivered to our warehouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Special orders typically take 5-7 business days to be delivered, but there can be unforeseen exceptions. Automated tracking information is supplied upon dispatch. Availability and inventory of apparel, accessories and replacement parts is constantly changing and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information presented on our website, though we strive to do so. We urge customers whose order is time sensitive to call-in or email first to confirm availability and ETA before ordering as we can often find a suitable substitute for the unavailable or out-of-stock item.
Most domestic orders, including Alaska and Hawaii, are delivered by USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail standard. This is the standard service for most orders, there is no need to select "air shipping", this applies to International shipments only. We can use USPS Express Mail or FedEx expedited services for overnight delivery but customers must call-in first to confirm shipping and delivery schedules and rates. The cutoff for overnight shipping is 12pm EST. Customers must pay the exact shipping for Express mail/Overnight plus an extra 10% of the postage cost to expedite the order. We do not guarantee shipping times. Once an item leaves our shop it is out of our hands, however we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. We assume no liability for deadlines not met or items lost, stolen or damaged in transit but we will do our best to file any claims as necessary or track any parcel we ship. For extra heavy items or unusually large parcels we reserve the right to use UPS or FedEx Ground delivery at our discretion. In this case, delivery will take anywhere from 3-10 days depending on location. Our sole carrier for International shipments is USPS International Priority or Express mail. This is the most economical and reliable carrier in our experience. We do not ship FedEx or DHL for International customers unless arranged by the customer, in which case we assume no responsibility for parcels lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Shipping is calculated on a base price plus additional charge for each item ordered. We usually discount shipping on multiple item orders if the actual shipping cost is less. If you feel your shipping cost is unreasonably high please contact us and we will advise if we can provide a shipping discount.
International customers please check with your local customs office to determine how postal or duty fees are levied. We are not responsible for import fees or tariffs and we have no control over how they are imposed. International orders are shipped at the buyer's risk although we ship with insurance whenever possible and will do our best to file claims as necessary.
