Cox Radiator Guards are engineered so they are manufactured without welding. Frames are cut from a sheet of .060 5051 aluminum. The screen is .034 expanded aluminum. Hard anodized for a chip-free, tough finish. Will not peel or chip like powder coated versions. To mount this guard, Zip tie it to the upper radiator straps. The bottom bolts to the lower radiator mount using the existing fastener. Weight: 8 oz
