Cox racing radiator guards manufacture the frame from a sheet of .060mm 5051 aluminum, the screen is .034 expanded aluminum. They are manufactured without welding and hard anodized for a tough, durable finish that won't chip or peel off like powder coated versions. To mount simply zip tie to the upper radiator straps and bolt to the lower radiator mount using existing fasteners.
